For my birthday this past leap year my girl gave me a professional restaurant style waffle maker.I make my waffles from scratch and besides the best waffle that I ever had in Amsterdam, this machine makes the best waffles and puts all other waffle machines to shame.
I can't give you my secret recipe for a homemade waffles but you can look at the process.......

Pancakes will have to take a back seat....I'm a waffle man now.
Crisp on the outside, moist and fluffy on the inside.
